Micro and Universal model flow cytometers can be configured for use in cGMP, cGLP and IVD environments. When used in strictly regulated laboratories, the system is set to automatically calibrate at the start of each session. Calibration results are logged in addition to the FCS format datafiles. A set of validated protocols is offered to standard level users and data quality is further controlled through the use of an encrypted audit trail of operator actions. ApogeeFlow offers IQ, OQ & PQ services to facilitate compliance with GxP regulations. Performance qualification for small particle applications differs considerably from conventional immune cell applications and is a critical consideration when choosing a flow cytometer for use in a GxP laboratory.
